• We offer 15-day returns on unworn jewelry
• Return policy is extended during the months of Nov-Dec for holiday shopping
• Must be in original condition and packaging
• Refunds are issued once the item is received
• Return shipping may apply
• No returns on custom-engraved styles, unless we made an error

Exchanges & Repairs

Need a different style, size, or color? Or a quick repair?
We’re happy to help with exchanges within 15 days and simple repairs anytime.

• Items must be unworn for exchanges
• No exchanges on custom-engraved styles, unless the mistake is on our end
• We’ll let you know ahead of time if any repair or shipping fees apply

1-Year Product Guarantee

All jewelry is covered by our 1-year guarantee for manufacturing defects.

If something breaks or malfunctions due to a quality issue, we’ll replace it—no charge.

Covered: faulty parts, broken chains/clasps, workmanship issues
Not covered: lost items, normal wear, tarnish, accidental damage
