Exchanges, Returns and Repairs Policy:

If, for any reason, you're not thrilled with your purchase, we're happy to process a refund (minus shipping costs) within 15 days of receiving your order. Just ensure the items are unworn and in their original packaging.

There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item received was our error or it arrived damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will work with you on the best way to repair or replace any damaged items on a case-by-case basis. Here is our general repair pricing guideline:

Standard Charm Necklace $15.00 + Shipping
Specialty Chain Necklaces $20.00-$25.00 + Shipping
Beaded Bracelets $18.00 + Shipping
Beaded Necklaces $22.00 + Shipping
