Exchanges, Returns and Repairs Policy:
At krisnations.com, customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We will gladly issue a refund (minus shipping costs) for all returns that are received within 10 days of receipt of your order. Returned items must be unworn and in its original packaging.
Please be advised that any return received after the 10 days could be subject to a restocking fee. This is our "official policy" but PLEASE email us, we are FLEXIBLE :) Our contact info is at the bottom of this page.
Holiday Season Return Policy:
Purchases made between Oct 7 and Dec 20 are eligible for return or exchange by Jan 10. Returned items must be unworn and in its original packaging.

There are no refunds or exchanges on special custom made orders.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item received was our error or it arrived damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We pride ourselves in the quick handling of your orders, with most in-stock items shipping within 24-48 hours of ordering; however some orders may take up to 5-7 days to process. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
We offer FREE Shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 placed with USPS First Class Shipping. Here are all our Shipping Rates.

- UPS Next Day Air (1 Business Day -- excludes weekend delivery)
- USPS / Global Post is used for International shipments.
- There is no standard rate. Cost will be calculated based on your delivery address.
- Estimated transit time for all International orders is 15 business days (21 calendar days).
- In some countries, duties and taxes may be due before shipment is released by customs. These duties and taxes are not collected upfront when order is placed.
Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of krisnations.com (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card).
For items that will be shipped to a different address (for gifts, etc.,) please specify the new shipping address in the checkout process.
Our gift wrap option ships in a cotton-filled jewelry gift box or a soft muslin bag. It's a great way to send birthday and other special occasion gifts. Please keep in mind, when sending our jewelry as gifts, that the turnaround is 24-48 hours to SHIP, please allow extra time for shipping (for example, if you ship UPS GROUND, please allow 1 week for shipping PLUS 1-2 days for us to prepare the jewelry and get to UPS).

A California 9.375% sales tax will be automatically applied to all orders shipping in CA.
All orders will be shipped UPS GROUND or USPS (United States Postal Office) unless otherwise specified. All claims (damage or shortage) must be reported within five working days after receipt of merchandise. Our responsibility for merchandise shipped via common carrier ceases upon delivering the order to the carrier. We are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit. You must file a claim with the delivery carrier. We would, however, assist you in supplying any information necessary for submission of your claim.
We have made every effort to accurately display the colors of our merchandise on our Web site. However, the color(s) you see will vary depending on the settings and capabilities of your monitor, computer and Web browser. Therefore, kris nations cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of the merchandise is accurate.
