Refund policy
We accept refunds and exchanges.
Returns
We will gladly issue a refund (minus shipping costs) for all returns that are received within 15 days of receipt of your order.
This is our "official policy" but PLEASE email us at info@krisnations.com, we are FLEXIBLE.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or order number to reference.
Please refer to our Customer Service page for shipping instructions (address and form to include). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund request.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. We cannot apply the credit a different account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Processing of the refund / credit could take anywhere between 3-7 business days. Please contact your credit card company if you notice it's taking longer to post than 7 business day. If there are still delays, contact us at info@krisnations.com
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Replacements / Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged (when received).

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you are able to exchange it for a different size, color or exchange it for an item with the same value. If you chose an item with a value that is more than the gift you received, we will invoice you for the additional amount.
We could issue you (via email) a store credit for the amount paid by the purchaser. This store credit can be used at a later time.
We do not have the option to issue YOU a refund for the gifted item. We can only refund the original form of payment used by the purchaser.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
