Exchanges, Returns and Repairs Policy:

At krisnations.com, we're all about making your shopping experience as easy (and fun!) as possible. Your satisfaction is our top concern! If, for any reason, you're not thrilled with your purchase, we're happy to process a refund (minus shipping costs and if applicable, restocking fee) within 15 days of receiving your order. Exception: We will accept returns through January 15, 2025 for purchases made in November and December of 2024.

Please ensure the items are unworn and in their original packaging.

Restocking Fee:

We have implemented a restocking fee policy to cover processing and handling costs. The 10-20% restocking fee will be applied to returns under the following conditions:   

  • Items not returned in their original condition (missing packaging, signs of wear)
  • Bulk orders (3 or more items returned from one order)
  • Items returned beyond the standard return window (15 days *exception made for holiday shopping, November-December purchases)

Exceptions:

  • No restocking fee will be charged for returns of damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • No restocking fee for exchanges
  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be returned

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item received was our error or it arrived damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Repairs

We will work with you on the best way to repair or replace any damaged items on a case-by-case basis. Here is our general repair pricing guideline:

Standard Charm Necklace $15.00 + Shipping
Specialty Chain Necklaces $20.00-$25.00 + Shipping
Beaded Bracelets $18.00 + Shipping
Beaded Necklaces $22.00 + Shipping

Shipping Charges:

We pride ourselves in the quick handling of your orders, with most in-stock items shipping within 24-48 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 5-7 days to process. We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

We offer FREE Shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 placed with USPS First Class Shipping. Here are all our Shipping Rates.

Please note the USPS has announced shipping delivery and tracking update delays. Our time frames listed below reflect the delivery delays.

Orders within the US:

US Postal Service:

  • FREE USPS First Class On orders over $75 with US shipping address (5-10 Business Days)
  • $6.00 USPS First Class (5-10 Business Days)
  • $9.75 USPS Priority Mail (3-7 Business Days)
    UPS: No longer a standard rate. Cost will be calculated based on your delivery address.
    • UPS Ground (3-7 Business Days)
    • UPS Second Day Air (2-3 Business Days)
    • UPS Next Day Air (1 Business Day -- excludes weekend delivery)

    International Orders:

    • USPS / Global Post is the default service used for international shipments.
    • There is no standard rate. Cost will be calculated based on your delivery address. The estimated transit time for USPS international orders is 15 -21 business days (27 calendar days). 
    • We do offer other shipping services -- UPS and DHL. These are also calculated based on your delivery address.
    • In some countries, duties and taxes may be due before shipment is released by customs. These duties and taxes are not collected upfront when order is placed.

      Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of krisnations.com (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card).

      For items that will be shipped to a different address (for gifts, etc.,) please specify the new shipping address in the checkout process.

      Our gift wrap option ships in a cotton-filled jewelry gift box or a soft muslin bag. It's a great way to send birthday and other special occasion gifts. Please keep in mind, when sending our jewelry as gifts, that the turnaround is 24-48 hours to SHIP, please allow extra time for shipping (for example, if you ship UPS GROUND, please allow 1 week for shipping PLUS 1-2 days for us to prepare the jewelry and get to UPS).

      Gift Certificates are also available.

      A California 9.375% sales tax will be automatically applied to all orders shipping in CA.

      All orders will be shipped UPS GROUND or USPS (United States Postal Office) unless otherwise specified. All claims (damage or shortage) must be reported within five working days after receipt of merchandise. Our responsibility for merchandise shipped via common carrier ceases upon delivering the order to the carrier. We are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit. You must file a claim with the delivery carrier. We would, however, assist you in supplying any information necessary for submission of your claim.

      Color

      We have made every effort to accurately display the colors of our merchandise on our Web site. However, the color(s) you see will vary depending on the settings and capabilities of your monitor, computer and Web browser. Therefore, kris nations cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of the merchandise is accurate.
